2024 Grizzly Bear Season & Dates

GRIZZLY BEAR PHOTOGRAPHY RATES

Seven night Grizzly Bear Photography package Sunday to Sunday US $6795.00 plus taxes

Prices based on double occupancy.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

• Flight Vancouver to Tsylos return ( charter aircraft)
• 7 nights’ accommodations based on dbl occupancy.
• 6.5 days bear photography
• All meals, wine with dinner
• One guide for each three photographers (9 max)

PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE

• GST Tax 2.5% non-Canadians ( 5% Canadians)
• Room & MRST Tax $77 per person per week
• Beverages from the bar
• Gratuities
• Personal clothing or photography gear
• Xeni Gwet’in User fee

RESERVATIONS

To reserve space a 50% deposit of the total trip price is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 60 days in advance of the trip. The deposit can be made by Visa, MasterCard, US cheque or US Wire Transfer.

TRAVEL AND TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance. As both the deposit and final balance are non-refundable if you have to cancel your trip regardless of reason.

FLIGHT INFORMATION

ADDRESS: Sky Services, 5360 Airport Road South, Richmond BC, VANCOUVER TO TSYLOS CHECK IN: 8:50 AM, plane starts loading at 9:00 am, DEPARTURE: 9:30 AM

TSYLOS TO VANCOUVER DEPARTS LODGE 8:30 AM arrives in Vancouver by 12:00 pm. Please do not make connecting flights out of Vancouver to home until after 3:30 pm. This allows for delays due to weather conditions as well as enough time to transfer between airports and clear customs.

LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS:

Photography passengers can have 75 lbs. maximum luggage weight per person in soft luggage please.

VEHICLE TRANSFERS BETWEEN AIRPORT AND LODGE

There is a vehicle transfer from airport to lodge that takes 1.5 hours unless alternate airport is needed and may take longer.
