While staying at Tsylos Park Lodge you do have the opportunity to
take part in other activities...it is usually pretty hard to pull the anglers from the
river, but we do have some great things to do as well.
Our Lodge Riding is geared towards the intermediate rider, but there are a couple of days
that are slower paced and anglers with little or no horse experience can take part in. One
day we travel up to the peak of Mount Tullin and catch a view and some lunch overlooking
the vast Coastal Range. It is absolutely stunning! A day up Chilko Lake for some Bull
Trout Fishing while taking in the rugged mountain scenery is a must do while here! You
will fly over Chilko Lake on the way into our lodge and you will see what we mean.
We have canoes available at the lodge for your use...we just ask that you go upstream and
not down! There are endless miles of great horse trails that are great for hiking, whether
up the hills or down the river. If you enjoy an evening hike or a full day excursion...the
forests and views are second to none. Also, if there is a couple or group, where some are
wanting our Lodge Riding Trip and some are into the Fly Fishing Package then there is no
better place to accommodate both interests! |
